The New 2018 Hyundai Accent Will Offer Even More to Love

The Hyundai Accent has long been a favorite among drivers who are searching for a comfortable, reliable, innovative compact car that offers style and value. Building upon the success of the Accent over the years, the 2018 model promises to be even better than before. At the recent Canadian International Auto Show, Hyundai unveiled the redesigned 2018 Hyundai Accent and gave drivers new reasons to fall in love with the small but mighty Accent. It offers a bold new statement-making look with a new grille, headlights, and wraparound taillights reminiscent of the other recently redesigned Hyundai models such as the Elantra GT. The new exterior styling fits right in with the lineup. The new version is also slightly wider, which offers passengers a little more space to spread out and get comfortable.

New technology features also contribute to the excitement of the 2018 Accent reveal; a standard backup camera, an available 7-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and advanced safety features such as an available autonomous emergency braking system are all part of the technology upgrade. In automatic-transmission models, a sport driving mode is available as well as keyless entry and push-button start. The new-and-improved 2018 Accent also features a new 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 132-horsepower and 119 pound-foot of torque for a smooth driving experience, and a predicted increase in fuel economy of seven percent. The 2018 Hyundai Accent will arrive at dealerships later this year, and we can't wait to introduce you to the newest member of the Hyundai lineup.
